Chief of Staff / Founders Associate

Partnering with the founders on US expansion, GTM strategy, partnerships and funding in an exciting phase of growth

Full-time, On-site in Utrecht for the first 3 months

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Partner closely with the founders on strategic initiatives: GTM strategy, partnerships and US expansion.

  • Go deep on understanding customer pain points and solutions, and be always up-to-date with latest and greatest in AI.

  • Drive preparations and discussions with strategic partners on C-level.

  • Lead market analysis and commercial strategy for our US expansion.

  • Translate complex commercial, technical topics into crisp strategy and execution plans.

  • Act as a force-multiplier for the founders: from board materials to internal OKRs, to investor updates.

What you'll bring

  • 3–6 years experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment banking, with exposure to Monetization, AI, fintech, SaaS, pricing or payments.

  • Exceptional on slide and excel skills to support our sales team

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — ideally startup or scale-up experience.

  • Strong commercial background: GTM strategy, partnerships, deals, market entry, pricing, contracting

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with going deep.

  • Excellent communication skills in English
