Customer Success Lead
As a vital member of Solvimon's team, the Customer Success lead is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them onboard and maximize the value of our platform. You will work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Customer onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active use of our platform.
Proactive engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals.
Growth management: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the commercial teams to expand customer relationships.
Customer advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Solvimon, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to improve our offerings.
Customer success: Track and analyze customer health, usage data, and other KPIs to ensure client success and retention.
Issue resolution: Coordinate technical support to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
Experience: 4+ years in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
Customer obsession: Strong passion for customer satisfaction and success.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with customers on a daily basis.
Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate customer needs into solutions.
Technical aptitude: Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to discuss technical and finance related concepts with clients.
Data-driven: Comfortable working with data to derive insights and make informed decisions.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
