At Solvimon, we’re reinventing how enterprises think about billing — and we’re looking for commercially minded professionals who want to shape the future of Customer Success from the ground up.

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Success

    • Be the face of Solvimon for our customers (Portfolio of 15+ mid-market and enterprise customers) – building long-term, trusted relationships with Finance, Ops, and Product teams.

    • You’ll guide customers from onboarding, adoption & QBRs, expansion and renewal ensuring they see real business impact with Solvimon.

    • You’ll represent the voice of the customer internally, turn customer insights into impact — ensuring their needs guide Product & Engineering decisions and help us build a platform they can’t live without

    • You’ll design, refine and own the playbooks and processes that define the foundation of how Customer Success scales at Solvimon.

  • Growth

    • Spot upsell and expansion opportunities by deeply understanding how customers use our platform.

  • Support

    • Act as a problem-solver: when things break, you’ll coordinate internally and keep the customer in the loop.

What you'll bring

  • A customer-first mindset — you get energy from helping customers succeed and building long-term partnerships.

  • Experience in SaaS (bonus: FinTech, billing, or enterprise B2B) in a role like CSM, Account Management, or Solutions.

  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex products in a clear, structured, and confident way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-solving DNA — you’re resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when things aren’t yet defined.

  • Curiosity and product affinity — you enjoy learning the ins and outs of a platform and can translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product & Engineering.

  • A builder mindset  — you’re eager to design and own processes from scratch.

  • Ownership mentality — you want to set the tone for how Customer Success will look at Solvimon for years to come.

    Location: Utrecht (4 days/week in the office)

    Language: English (bonus: Dutch or another EU language)
